Cuatro’s started as an idea, really a desire to create a fun place to chill and hang out. But more than that, a great place to get good food and a cold drink served by friendly people in a laid-back open-aired environment. When Cuatro set out to do this, he drew upon his experience in the numerous restaurants he worked in to create a menu that would impress people by its simplicity and depth of flavor. “Burgers and tacos are served everywhere in this town, and some are better than others. We strive to make our burgers magical and the tacos something special simply by cooking and seasoning properly. We feel that customers will appreciate the attention that we pay to our food.” It was also important to Cuatro that his service staff be as friendly as possible to make the experience here something that people will want to experience again. “I feel like the day is wasted if people are not having a good time, at work or at play. My biggest thrill is to walk through the restaurant and see customers and servers both smiling and having a good time.
