A quiet, romantic and casual chef driven eatery on the East Side, Braise is the perfect combination of elegance and charm. White tablecloths cover the tables; witty and colorful artwork adorns the walls. But where there may be whimsy on the walls, seriously delectable food adorns the plates. Niman Ranch Osso Bucco with Sauce Au Poivre, Herb Roasted Chicken in a white wine reduction, and Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Portobello Mushroom Ragout over Creamy Grits with Gorgonzola Cheese are only a few of the amazing selections at this quaint and unpretentious restaurant.
