We want your establishment to be properly displayed on our website. Therefore, PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PROCEED:

  1. A valid e mail address and contact phone number is REQUIRED to initiate your registration. To protect our advertisers, we must also be able to verify your e mail address and identity before activating your account.  During this process you must certify that you are an authorized employee or owner of the establishment that you are adding to our website. 
  2. Our website is not a "list" - it is a search engine. Our visitors find you by selecting criteria that you offer, then results are filtered and displayed. If you do not enter your specials, happy hours, prix fixe dinners, brunches, wine pairing dinners, etc., into the appropriate search fields, then your place will not be shown when our visitors search for those events. It is not a difficult or time consuming process, but if your registration is incomplete, Austinontherocks.com will not be able to do it's job to promote your place. THEREFORE, we emphasize:
    • Please be aware that filling out this form does NOT automatically include your establishment in the search results. Your account information will not be activated until it has been properly verified. If you do not complete the process, your establishment will NOT be viewable to visitors on our website.  Your specials need to be completely entered into the "Events" search fields, and your criteria must be selected in the "Settings" section of your account.
    • Writing your specials in the description box does not cause them to appear in the search results. Each special must be entered into the correct field for our search engine to find them.
